License termination

In the event that USER breaches any of the provision herein, EDISON may terminate licenses to any materials provided by this website at any time. Upon termination, USER shall immediately destroy all materials, documents, data which were downloaded, copied from this Website, and provide EDISON with a certification letter to EDISON to assure that all relevant materials have been destroyed.

Notice of Intellectual Property Rights

EDISON has been constantly addressing on its protection for all kinds of intellectual property rights. Applicable Law

USER agree this Agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Taiwan (R.O.C.) excluding its conflict of laws provisions and all disputes, controversies or differences, which may arise between the Parties, out of or in relation to or in connection with this Agreement, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwan New Taipei District Court in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
